|A luxury green tea with Chrysanthemum blossoms.|
|Hannah Chrysanthemum tea is developed using ancient methods in which steamed tea leaves are tied around flower blossoms. Then the blossom are tied together and dried to form a hard pod. When the tea is brewed, the pod opens and flowers rise in a sublime display of craftsmanship. The tea profile tends savory, with a hint of light smoke and earthiness.|
Hot Tea Brewing Method: Place one pod in your pot, ideally clear glass for maximum visual effect, and add boiling water. The hot water open the ball, allowing you to observe the art of tea. Infuse until the ball is fully open, about 5 minutes. Do not remove the leaves post infusing and simply pour more water on the leaves and infuse for another 1-3 minutes for another pot of tea.
Iced Tea Brewing Method: Not generally consumed cold, but if you do, scoop 3 pods in a heat resistant pitcher. Add 1 1/4 cups freshly boiled water. Steep 5 min. Quarter fill a serving pitcher with ice water. Add steeped tea and fill with ice water. Garnish and sweeten to taste.
