|
We want you to be satisfied with your order from Tea Depot USA, we will
gladly exchange or refund any unopened teas or accessories. All returns or
exchanges must be accompanied by a receipt of purchase made within 30 days,
plus RMA# (Return Authorization Number) issued by Tea Depot USA. Refunds
will be made only in the form of the original tender.
Accessories including teaware must be unused, in their original packaging and
in new condition upon receipt. If item is found damaged or used, Tea Depot
USA will not be able to issue a refund.
We do not cover the cost of shipping returned or exchanged items to Tea
Depot USA, or the cost of shipping replacement or exchanged items to you.
